Made-to-Order

All of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or style ordered
  • Change of mind after purchase

Please double-check your order details before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a printing issue, damage, or defect, we’ll make it right.

  • Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

How Refunds Work

  • Replacements are printed and shipped at no cost
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after we confirm the issue with our print partner

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns of non-defective items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
